Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience with enterprise-scale products.
• Strong command of the product development lifecycle in regulated or data-intensive environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Applied familiarity with AI, analytics, or automation-enabled products.
• Ability to define success metrics and make data-informed tradeoffs.
• Understanding of operating in regulated environments with legal/compliance partnerships.
• Strong executive communication and coaching skills for ambiguity and evolving tech.

Responsibilities

• Sets product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences, leveraging AI, analytics, and automation.
• Partners with Design, Product, Data, and Technology to identify high-value opportunities.
• Owns end-to-end product accountability across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
• Leads discovery and market analysis to inform an AI-enabled roadmap.
• Establishes and monitors success metrics and uses insights to guide prioritization.
• Drives execution with clear problem definition and close collaboration with engineering and data teams.
• Champions responsible AI practices including governance and transparency.
• Develops and mentors product managers with high standards for thinking and communication.
• Communicates strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
