Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain protocols and guidelines for onboarding new partnerships:
   1. Producers with Delegated Authority
   2. Third Party Claims Administrators
   3. Internal and/or external technology providers
   4. External sponsor organizations/partnerships
   5. Oversee 1-2 partner implementation specialists
2. Oversee implementation and standardization of third-party relationships:
   1. Due diligence
   2. Contracting
   3. Connectivity – API or on-site product build
   4. Reporting/data exchange
   5. Communication/Training
3. Ongoing management of third-party relationships:
   1. Scheduling/managing audits
   2. Stewardship
   3. Identifying opportunities for growth across A&H and Chubb
   4. Technology/connectivity
4. Optimization, coordination/prioritization, and internal reporting on progress of internal technology relationships:
   1. Manage 1 Business Analyst: coordinate with NA IT A&H counterpart
   2. Oversee relationships with teams responsible for internal systems:
   1. Infinet
   2. CRS
   3. Tracker
   4. CUW/WorkView
   5. Genius/other legacy
   3. Work effectively with other A&H Stakeholders who manage similar relationships:
   1. Product Development (RAPID, Assistance Providers)
