• Develop and maintain protocols and guidelines for onboarding new partnerships, including:
• Producers with Delegated Authority
• Third Party Claims Administrators
• Internal and external technology providers
• External sponsor organizations/partnerships

• Oversee implementation and standardization of third-party relationships, including:
• Due diligence
• Contracting
• Connectivity - API or on-site product build
• Reporting/data exchange
• Communication/Training

• Manage ongoing third-party relationships, including:
• Scheduling and managing audits
• Stewardship
• Identifying growth opportunities across A&H and Chubb
• Technology and connectivity

• Optimize, coordinate, prioritize, and report internally on the progress of technology relationships, including:
• Managing 1 Business Analyst and coordinating with NA IT A&H counterparts
• Overseeing relationships with teams responsible for internal systems such as Infinet, CRS, Tracker, CUW/WorkView, Genius, and other legacy systems
• Collaborating effectively with other A&H stakeholders managing similar relationships, such as Product Development (RAPID, Assistance Providers) and Actuarial (RADAR Live)
