What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive and manage the Amazon Connect bookings number with quarterly goals
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) activities including qualification, pitching, and discovery
- Forecast and manage bookings outlook, including client close plans and reporting
- Collaborate with practice leadership and partner/vendor ecosystem to develop pipeline strategies
- Create materials and documentation to support GTM opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in an enterprise space with consulting and technical delivery
- 8+ years in a quota-retiring and/or sales role managing a sales forecast
- 2+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and AWS CX solutions
- Experience with design-led thinking, strategy, and account management approaches
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization with multiple sellers and products
