Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.

• Proven track record of profitable growth and strong operational and financial execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning, personnel, asset management, and collaboration with executive leadership for profitability.
• Lead assessment, plan development, and execution of a full-scale operations and customer support strategy; formulate and implement a strategic plan.
• Provide professional management and leadership, mentoring senior management and instilling best practices from operational and sales perspectives.
• Assess current SOPs, manage by exception, and identify opportunities for improvement with executive leadership.
• Manage and report on key operational processes, financial budget, and performance indicators.
• Develop annual business plans with executive leadership and forecast long-term growth and expansion.
• In partnership with Sales, grow top-line revenue by maintaining and growing customer relationships.
