Job summary

The RLP Group is seeking a Vice President to drive operational efficiency and profitability across the organization. The VP will be tech-savvy with strong financial acumen, data analytics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while guiding key leaders and teams.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, asset utilization, and strategic execution with executive leadership. Collaboration with sales will aim to grow top-line revenue and expand client relationships both onsite

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of proven leadership experience.
• Director level or above experience.
• Experience managing onsite and remote teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and technological skills.
• Proven track record of profitable growth for a sustained period.
• Strong operational and financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight including financial planning and asset management to ensure profitability.
• Lead assessment, planning, and execution of operations and customer support strategy; formulate strategic plan.
• Provide professional management and leadership, mentoring senior management and instilling best practices.
• Assess SOPs, manage by exception, and work with leadership to address strategic and operational issues.
• Manage and report on key processes, budget, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate on annual business planning and long-term growth forecasting.
• In partnership with Sales, grow top-line revenue by maintaining and expanding customer relationships.
