Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant operations leadership experience in benefits administration, healthcare financial accounts, or TPA services.
• Experience designing, documenting, standardizing, and improving operational processes.
• Strong understanding of service-level management, metrics, quality controls, and capacity planning.
• Ability to analyze complex operational problems and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational performance for Implementation, Account Management, and Account Specialists.
• Establish and monitor service-level expectations, including same-day/next-day client responses.
• Lead Implementation to transition from Sales through implementation into Account Management with clear standards.
• Evaluate organizational structure, spans of control, staffing, and capacity as the company grows.
• Coach leaders and teams on performance, accuracy, collaboration, and client experience.
• Build a culture of ownership, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, and succession planning.
