PLACEM!NT by TZ Consulting seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead a multi-state spa and wellness portfolio. Based in Sacramento, CA, this field-based role requires frequent travel to Hawaii, strong P&L ownership, and a proven ability to scale membership-driven services across two business models.

You will build teams, refine SOPs, and drive performance through a culture of accountability and guest excellence, with a clear path to potential ownership for the right long-term fit.

Qualifications

• Experience in growing membership-based business models.
• 7+ years of multi-unit operations leadership.
• Proven P&L ownership and cost management.
• Willingness to travel between Hawaii and California.
• Ability to operate two business models simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow and scale membership-based franchise in Sacramento market.
• Own P&L across CA franchise and Hawaii resort divisions.
• Lead daily operations with on-site presence and travel between markets.
• Recruit, coach and mentor site leaders across both divisions.
• Build/refine SOPs and training for multiple locations/models.
• Drive revenue through membership growth and guest experiences.
