Responsibilities

• Drive Operational Excellence: improve productivity, flow, quality, cost, and on-time delivery through Lean practices.
• Own Operational Performance: manage cost-center performance, BOM/routing integrity, and manufacturing cost reductions.
• Automate the Factory: implement practical automation with clear ROI and payback.
• Improve How We Build Products: enhance manufacturability and value engineering through close engineering-manufacturing collaboration.
• Strengthen Supply Chain & Working Capital: reduce single-source risk, improve supplier performance, and increase inventory turns.
