Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of risk management experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of risk methodologies and second line responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex risk data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Familiarity with Operational Risk Event Management, Issue Management, Limits and KRIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and improvement of Operational Risk Event and Metrics Programs.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Drive cross-program collaboration across Events, Limits, and Indicators Programs.
• Support policies, procedures, and training for first- and second-line execution.
• Prepare integrated risk reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Foster partnerships across business units to embed integrated risk practices.
• Develop end-to-end risk processes and data sharing tools.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update the risk framework.
• Collaborate with first-line partners and program leads for risk remediation.
