Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience driving operational improvement in a project-based field services business with focus on labor, revenue recognition, job costing, and margin leakage.
• Ability to read P&Ls and job cost reports to identify and fix margin leakage within operating businesses, not just advisory roles.
• Experience implementing operating systems across multiple business units and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own gross margin expansion initiatives and monitor pre/post financial impact across the Security group.
• Improve field labor productivity, measure revenue per technician, and optimize subcontractor spend.
• Build standards for quoting including labor hours, task complexity, and material costs; establish a job costing cadence.
