Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a VP of Operational Excellence to drive enterprise-wide performance improvement through process optimization, analytics, and data-driven decision making. This role leads the design and delivery of the improvement portfolio to elevate cost efficiency and the member experience.

You will oversee a team of LSS Belts and Process analysts, provide executive reporting, and partner with leaders to scale capabilities while advancing strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.
• Experience with change management methodologies (Prosci, Kotter, CAP, etc.).
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and portfolio development.
• Strong leadership and senior stakeholder influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise operational excellence strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Oversee an improvement portfolio with measurable outcomes and governance routines.
• Design and optimize end-to-end processes, KPIs, and operating models.
• Lead change management efforts and stakeholder alignment across the organization.
• Partner with executives to drive accountability and performance reporting.
