Role Overview

The VP, Operational Excellence will lead the Operational Excellence Team to reduce the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) of future projects through operational and strategic initiatives. The role involves collaborating with business leaders to identify, analyze, and implement high-value transformative ideas, overseeing programs that improve LCOE for Wind, Solar, and Storage technologies in the US.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Drive Initiatives: Lead initiatives with business leaders to reduce LCOE and achieve cost savings.
  2. Estimation and Analysis: Assist in estimating initiative value, analyzing data, and developing models.
  3. Implementation Roadmaps: Support creation of detailed roadmaps to maximize initiative value.
  4. Research Industry Best Practices: Continuously improve processes by integrating industry standards.
  5. Foster Collaboration: Work with colleagues to share ideas and promote innovation.
  6. Digital Transformation: Lead organizational changes in technology and practices.
  7. Methodology Development: Contribute to future LCOE optimization strategies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s in Science/Engineering or Business; MBA or similar is a plus.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Power, or related fields.
  • Experience managing large-scale operations transformations and digital initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work across organizational levels.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $200,000 - $280,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
