Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive oncology drug development experience.
• 5+ years in mid-to-large pharma with late-stage/registrational leadership.
• Demonstrated enterprise-level leadership and cross-functional influence.
• Deep expertise in adult solid tumors; broader oncology experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant portion of the oncology portfolio with enterprise-level impact.
• Provide strategic direction, governance, and portfolio prioritization.
• Represent Oncology CD at senior governance forums and partner with global teams.
• Foster leadership development and organizational capability across the function.
