Servier in the United States seeks an Executive Director of Oncology Clinical Sciences to lead a global team supporting oncology programs from first‑in‑human through registrational development. The role reports to the Global Head of Oncology Clinical Development and requires scientific authority and organizational leadership across an integrated development model.

Qualifications

• PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in clinical research and/or pharmaceutical drug development, with significant oncology experience.
• Demonstrated success supporting development programs across multiple phases, including late‑stage and/or registrational activities.
• Proven ability to lead senior scientific professionals in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of clinical development principles, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical science leadership for multiple oncology programs across early and late phases.
• Lead clinical science sub-group leaders and drive program decisions with scientific judgment.
• Ensure high-quality protocols, safety strategy inputs, data review, and regulatory deliverables.
• Mentor and develop a global team of clinical scientists in the US and Europe.
• Collaborate across Development, Translational Medicine, Regulatory, and Safety teams.
