This role requires extensive oncology leadership experience, overseeing clinical trials and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The expected salary range is $360,000 to $425,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including bonuses and equity. Remote candidates will be considered with frequent travel required.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive industry leadership experience in developing oncology treatments.
• Cell therapy experience is highly desirable.
• Candidates should be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Oncology Clinical Development team and manage employee performance.
• Accountable for oncology clinical trials execution and data management.
• Develop clinical protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
