Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior creative position.
• Natural leader with experience setting performance measures and mentoring teams.
• Proven skill to manage complex and evolving design systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive collaboration across stakeholders, ensuring UX strategies are communicated.
