True Title Partners is seeking an experienced title professional to serve as our Vice President of Title.

This remote role will support our escrow teams across multiple offices, ensure compliance, promote operational excellence, and help develop the next generation of title professionals.

This position is ideal for an experienced Texas title examiner, title manager, or underwriting professional who enjoys solving complex title issues, coaching others, and serving as a trusted resource for escrow teams.

Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000, depending on experience

Location: Remote

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary title resource for escrow teams and branch leadership
• Provide guidance on title, underwriting, and compliance matters
• Assist with resolving complex title issues and curative matters
• Conduct file reviews and audits to ensure quality and consistency
• Develop and deliver training programs for escrow and title staff
• Partner with leadership to improve processes, reduce risk, and maintain best practices
• Build strong relationships with underwriters and industry partners
• Support employee development through coaching and mentorship
• Help establish and maintain company-wide title standards across all locations

Qualifications

• Extensive Texas title examination experience required
• Strong understanding of title insurance, curative matters, underwriting guidelines, and real estate transactions
• Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex title issues
• Leadership, training, or mentoring experience preferred
