Job summary

Ashford Inc. is seeking a strategic VP, Talent, Learning & Development to unify talent, leadership, and organizational development across the Ashford-affiliated portfolio.

The role combines enterprise-wide talent management with HR business partnership and development of leaders across multiple operating companies. You will lead a team, partner with senior executives, drive workforce planning, succession, and learning programs, and travel up to 30% to support corporate offices and properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HRBP functions.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership.
• Hospitality/real estate/service industry experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies.
• Serve as HR BP for Ashford Inc. corporate departments.
• Direct recruitment and leadership development across the enterprise.
• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
• Drive succession planning, workforce planning, and analytics.
