Job summary

Ashford Inc. is seeking a strategic Vice President of Talent, Learning & Development to lead enterprise-wide talent strategies across Ashford Inc., Remington Hospitality, Premier Project Management, RED Hospitality & Leisure, INSPIRE, and Pure Wellness.

The role combines talent management, leadership development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness and HRBP duties, reporting to the Chief HR Officer and guiding senior leaders across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with enterprise talent strategies and HR leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent management, learning & development, and HRBP functions.
• Partner with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Manage a team and oversee succession planning, leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive workforce planning and talent analytics to guide decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field

SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CPTD or equivalent certifications
