Job description

Below is a VP of Supply Chain job description tailored for BUILT's current stage: a rapidly growing, high-complexity food manufacturer that needs a transformational leader rather than a maintainer.

Vice President, Supply Chain

Location: American Fork, Utah

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer

Company: BUILT Brands

Position Summary

BUILT is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Supply Chain to build and lead a best-in-class supply chain organization capable of supporting the company's next phase of growth. This leader will own end-to-end supply chain performance across procurement, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and S&OP. This is not a role for someone who simply manages established processes. We are looking for a builder. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments where data is often incomplete, systems are evolving, and decisions must be made with imperfect information. They possess an intense sense of ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to create structure where none exists. They are equally comfortable developing long-term strategy and jumping into operational details to solve today's problems. As BUILT continues its rapid growth trajectory, this leader will architect the people, processes, systems, and capabilities necessary to create a world-class supply chain that delivers exceptional customer service, supports profitable growth, minimizes working capital, and scales efficiently toward a multi-billion-dollar business.
