- Position USU at the forefront of accessible, place-based and digitally enabled education.
- Champion innovative teaching and learning approaches for diverse learners.
- Align strategy, resources, and partnerships across the university to expand educational access.
- Create a seamless educational experience for learners statewide and online.
- Build a unified, future-oriented strategy that strengthens collaboration across campuses and programs.
