Job summary

SkyWater Search Partners partners with a private equity backed SaaS company in the Twin Cities Metro to hire a VP of Software Engineering. This is a newly created leadership role overseeing the technology roadmap and reporting to senior leadership.

You will lead a 15+ engineer team, migrate legacy on-prem to the cloud, stand up compliance, and build self-serve BI tools for customers and partners, while owning the tech function and working closely with product leaders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience migrating a company through real cloud modernization.
• Current and genuine use of AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Ability to work in the Twin Cities Metro office with some flexibility.
