Homeboy Industries provides hope, training, and support to formerly gang-involved and recently incarcerated men and women, allowing them to redirect their lives and become contributing members of our community.
SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Social Enterprises (SE) is responsible for implementing, managing, and evaluating the strategic and operating plans for Homeboy Industries’ social enterprises. This leader will ensure that each enterprise has the resources needed to meet its goals while stewarding resources effectively and aligning with the organization’s mission and values.
The Vice President SE is a vital member of Homeboy’s executive leadership team and works closely with its Co-CEOs, CFO and other senior leaders.

COMPENSATION:
$110,000 - $135,000 DOE
Salary to be negotiated depending on qualifications and depth of experience. This is a full-time exempt position offering a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life and retirement account. This position also includes generous paid time off package covering sick, vacation and holiday pay.
