Job summary

Redwood Logistics is seeking a Vice President of Service Delivery for its Managed Services unit. This senior leader will own the performance, scalability, and evolution of the delivery organization, unifying account management, client success, and logistics around one operating model.

You will shape strategy, lead senior leaders, and strengthen enterprise relationships to drive reliable execution and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, managed transportation, 3PL or 4PL services with executive leadership exposure.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite customers, board stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the enterprise service delivery strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Redwood Managed Services.
• Lead and develop the Service Delivery leadership team and establish succession plans for critical roles.
• Own the customer experience across the lifecycle from implementation through renewal and expansion.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and govern governance, value realization, and escalations.
• Own financial performance including margin, cost to serve, capacity, and staffing models.
• Collaborate with product and technology to prioritize TMS, analytics, and automation capabilities.
• Lead enterprise continuous improvement across processes and operating rhythms.
