Redwood Logistics, LLC in Chicago seeks a Vice President of Service Delivery to lead the Managed Services delivery organization, aligning account management, client success, and operations to deliver reliable execution and measurable value.

You will shape service strategy, drive senior leadership, maintain enterprise client relationships, and guide growth, retention, and operational excellence across complex networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or related field is required.
• 15+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, managed transportation, 3PL or 4PL services.
• Executive leadership of client-facing and operational organizations.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional partners.
• Deep understanding of transportation operations, TMS platforms, carrier management, and analytics.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for executive meetings and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the enterprise service delivery strategy and multi-year roadmap for Redwood Managed Services.
• Lead and develop the Service Delivery leadership team and succession plans.
• Own the customer experience from implementation through renewal and expansion.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers and governance bodies.
• Establish accountability for customer health, SLAs, KPIs, and margins.
• Partner with EVP, Managed Services and Commercial leadership on revenue growth and renewals.
• Oversee financial performance including margin and cost-to-serve.
• Use data to provide executive insight and prioritize ROI improvements.
• Champion proactive service models, governance, and automation.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on capabilities that improve visibility and scalability.
• Lead continuous improvement and set enterprise-wide standards.
• Represent the voice of the customer to inform product and commercial decisions.
• Ensure operational readiness for new business and major initiatives.
