Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a high-impact VP of Sales for Roofing to own large multi-location deals across markets. You will manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, coordinate with owners, regional operators, and marketing leaders, and drive expansion as groups sign on in multiple locations.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, remote in the USA or Canada. You will focus on large, strategic deals where one win can unlock additional locations and

• A record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

No direct reports. This is an individual contributor seat going after strategic, multi-location roofing accounts: large groups you open and close yourself.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for roofing contractors operating across several markets. As VP of Sales for Roofing, you own our largest multi-location roofing deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

The seat

• $2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.


• Leads fed to you: meetings with roofing contractors operating across several markets, booked by our sales development team or inbound.


• No management. No team to build, hire or run.


• Strategic accounts: multi-market roofing contractors with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.
