Sesen is looking for a strategic and driven Vice President of Sales to lead revenue growth across our life sciences translation and localization services. This is a high-impact leadership role for a sales executive with deep experience in the life sciences sector and a strong understanding of regulatory communications, multilingual content strategy, and global go-to-market execution.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments and brings a mix of commercial acumen, team leadership, and passion for international communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Design and implement revenue strategies to scale enterprise sales and expand market share across pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, CROs, and healthcare.

• Team Leadership: Build, coach, and scale a high-performing, metrics-driven sales team focused on enterprise accounts and long-term client relationships.

• Client Growth: Drive new business while deepening existing accounts; serve as an executive sponsor for strategic clients.

• Market Intelligence: Analyze industry trends, client needs, and the evolving regulatory landscape to identify new growth areas and tailor outreach.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and solutions teams to align messaging, accelerate the sales cycle, and deliver customer success.

What You Bring

• Experience: 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in sales leadership roles within the life sciences industry.

• Localization & Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of translation workflows, regulatory content requirements, and localization best practices.

• Proven Results: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed revenue targets and grow enterprise client portfolios.

• Leadership: Skilled at hiring, motivating, and developing sales teams that thrive in goal-oriented, transparent cultures.

• Communication: Executive-level presence with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.

• Global Mindset: A passion for languages, international markets, and cultural nuance is highly valued.
