VP of Sales – Europe
Location: Remote (Europe-based) | Travel Required

A leading global CDMO is seeking an experienced VP of Sales Sales – Europe to drive growth and lead strategic business development efforts across the region. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, science-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead regional sales and business development strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • Manage and grow the European sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance oversight.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Manage key client relationships, oversee high-value negotiations, and coordinate facility visits.
  • Collaborate with operations to align customer needs with company capabilities and delivery timelines.
  • Support marketing efforts, including content development, trade show participation, and digital outreach.
  • Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports.
Requirements:
  • MSc in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in CMO/CDMO sales (API or Drug Product
  • Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition.
  • Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and intercultural skills; multilingual capabilities a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
