About Ataraxis AI

Ataraxis is an AI precision medicine company working at the intersection of multi-modal artificial intelligence and oncology. We develop and deploy AI-native tools to assist physicians in selecting the most optimal treatments for their patients.

Our mission is to change how cancer is treated and impact at least 50% of new cancer cases by 2030. Our first test for breast cancer patients was developed and evaluated in a validation study on over 8,000 patients from 15 international institutions. Ataraxis Breast was shown to improve the accuracy of gold standard tests by 30% and enable testing expansion to 100,000 new patients annually. Responsibilities
  • Lead the commercialization for the first Ataraxis AI products — drive significant test adoption and revenue growth within an aggressive timeline.

  • You will be an active member of the sales team, building an early sales playbook and getting early volume and revenue.

  • Create, manage, and iterate an effective sales playbook including territory strategy, pricing, and distribution channels.

  • Utilize AI-driven strategies to enhance market targeting, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

  • Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing sales team aligned with rapid organizational scaling.

Qualifications
  • Proven track record leading sales within rapidly scaling healthcare or diagnostic companies, ideally from startup to growth phases.

  • Extensive experience selling diagnostic or healthcare products directly to physicians and health systems under reimbursement-based business models.

  • Demonstrable success in building, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • You have to be AI-native: passionate about recent AI developments, ready to build an AI-first sales playbook, and able to effectively engage clinical stakeholders communicating the value of AI products.

  • Unrelenting drive – you should thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment without bureaucratic constraints.

  • Player-coach mentality – you should be a leader who actively sells before scaling the team.
