Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, LLC seeks a visionary VP of Enterprise Safety to define and execute a long-term safety strategy across manufacturing, construction, electrical, technology, automation, and field service operations.

This executive will lead safety culture transformation, leverage predictive analytics, AI, wearables and advanced tech to build a data-driven, proactive safety program that turns incidents into opportunities for continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Professional safety certifications (CSP, CIH, CHST, ASP, CUSP, Six Sigma, Lean) desirable.
• Executive safety leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year enterprise safety strategy and operating system.
• Champion a safety culture transformation with HR and leaders.
• Leverage AI/ML, near-miss data and wearables for predictive risk scoring.
• Design systems based on organizational psychology to improve human performance.
• Evaluate next-gen safety tech (CV, drones, IoT, VR/AR) for adoption.
• Oversee risk governance across OSHA, NFPA, ANSI, DOT, EPA standards.
• Establish root-cause analysis and rapid learning across operations.
