Job summary

Flow Service Partners is seeking an experienced Corporate Safety Director to lead the safety program across all operating brands, reporting to the COO. Architect the safety culture enterprise-wide, standardize policies, and drive measurable safety from field to executive team.

This role oversees workers’ compensation, training, regulatory compliance, and enforcement; develop KPIs, reporting, and a unified program to reduce incidents and costs while engaging leaders at every level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health & safety, risk management, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive safety leadership experience across multi-site or multi-brand operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of workers’ compensation claims management and reducing EMR.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and applicable federal/state safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel to brand/field locations.

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate safety program end-to-end across all brands, including strategy, enforcement, policies, and objectives.
• Standardize a safety management system and harmonize practices across brands.
• Define KPIs and report performance and risk to COO and executives.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims lifecycle and return-to-work programs.
• Oversee training, communication, and culture initiatives enterprise-wide.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and lead audits and corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents and manage regulator relationships.
