Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ten years or more of revenue cycle leadership experience in a complex healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategy for end-to-end Revenue Cycle management across the network.
• Monitors A/R aging and denials; drives process improvements and performance.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and internal controls across revenue cycle functions.
• Leads contracts, reimbursement models, and value-based care initiatives.
• Oversees policy, governance, and risk management for revenue cycle operations.
