Job Description:

CW is searching for a highly qualified, experienced VP of Recruiting with at least 10 years of experience in direct full cycle recruiting/talent acquisitions.

REQUIRED:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a senior management role in recruiting/talent acquisitions
  • At least 4 years recruiting for a commercial real estate, finance or banking company

Job Responsibilities:

  • Remote position, but traveling as needed to source talent
  • Developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract high quality, qualified candidates
  • Set annual hiring projections and recruiting budget with senior management goals and objectives
  • Identifying and sourcing qualified candidates based on organizational goals
  • Analyzing, monitoring and optimizing recruiting metrics to achieve organizational goals
  • Developing branding initiatives to enhance CW's image and attract top talent
  • Forecasting future staffing needs and making recommendations to senior management
  • Utilizing and optimizing various recruitment channels, including but not limited to online job boards, recruiting websites, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Develop and streamline internal recruitment guidelines, policies, and processes
  • Oversee the implementation of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Reviewing candidate profiles and resumes
  • Establish criteria for candidate interviews and assessments
  • Conducting interviews, creating assessments and reference checks
  • Evaluating top candidates and collaborating with senior management to ensure alignment on qualifications
  • Recruiting and building teams into new markets
  • Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to senior management
  • Maintaining compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable Resume and background
  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree with emphasis in any combination of the following:
    • Business or Finance
    • Marketing
    • Related Field
  • At least 10 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisitions
  • At least 4 years of experience in a senior management role
  • At least 4 years recruiting for a commercial real estate, finance or banking company
  • Knowledge of real estate development fundamentals and capital markets.
  • Excellent ability to communicate and follow up
  • Highly motivated, organized, diligent, detailed, and hardworking
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
