Job summary

Traditional Medicinals, the leading medicinal tea company in the U.S., seeks a Vice President of Quality to shape and advance our quality strategy across the enterprise. Reporting to the Chief Science Officer, this role leads Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and Sanitation across two manufacturing sites, laboratories, suppliers, co-manufacturers, and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of progressive quality leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site quality organizations and external networks.
• Experience building organizational strategy and leading transformational initiatives.
• Ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership to develop talent, design structure, and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality strategy and governance across manufacturing, supplier, and laboratory networks.
• Provide executive leadership for supplier, manufacturing, and laboratory quality capabilities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Innovation, R&D, and Commercial teams to meet objectives.
• Build organizational capability through talent development and leadership development programs.
• Establish enterprise quality metrics, analytics and reporting for proactive risk management.
• Balance consumer protection with business risk, ensuring compliant, scalable processes.
