• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise quality strategy and governance.
• Lead digital quality transformation and data-driven decision making.
• Provide executive leadership for supplier, manufacturing, and laboratory quality capabilities.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Innovation, R&D, and Commercial teams to meet business objectives.
• Oversee quality systems, CAPAs, audits, inspections, and release decisions.
• Drive risk management, metrics, analytics, and continuous improvement across the network.
