The Recruiting Hive in Davenport, IA seeks a senior procurement leader responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor negotiations, and strategic operations. This executive will guide profitability through supplier programs and freight management while leading marketing initiatives and product portfolio optimization.

The role reports to the President and directs procurement operations, performance metrics, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

Personnel Management: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance management.
Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, negotiate pricing and programs with suppliers, manage stock dispositions, uphold service-level standards.
Customer & Vendor Relations: Serve as primary contact for accounts and suppliers, ensure prompt, accurate, and professional communication.
Process Improvement: Establish and refine departmental procedures to maximize operational efficiency.
Strategic Oversight: Oversee internal logistics/freight control and merchandising teams as assigned.
Marketing & Promotional Execution: Direct all marketing functions, including trade shows, digital campaigns, promotions, product launches, and catalogs.
Strategic Growth & Sales Support: Lead strategic bid analyses, collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth of private-label or exclusive product lines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
