• Personnel Management: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate department staff, ensuring proper staffing levels and performance management.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain optimal inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and manage stock dispositions.
• Customer & Vendor Relations: Serve as primary contact for accounts and suppliers with professional communication.
• Process Improvement: Establish and refine procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Strategic Oversight: Oversee internal logistics and merchandising teams as assigned.
• Marketing & Promotional Execution: Direct all marketing functions including events, campaigns, and product launches.
• Strategic Growth & Sales Support: Lead bid analyses and collaborate across teams to grow private-label or exclusive lines.
