Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff to ensure staffing and performance goals.
• Inventory & Vendor Management: Maintain optimal inventory, negotiate pricing, manage stock dispositions, and uphold service levels.
• Customer & Vendor Relations: Serve as primary contact for accounts and suppliers with prompt, professional communication.
• Process Improvement: Establish and refine procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Strategic Oversight: Oversee internal logistics and merchandising teams as assigned.
• Marketing & Promotional Execution: Direct marketing functions, events, campaigns, catalogs, and supplier participation.
• Strategic Growth & Sales Support: Lead bid analyses and collaborate across functions to grow private-label lines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
