eCommerce Organization Seeks Strategic HR Leader

We are looking for an HR subject matter expert who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. This role requires a strategic thinker who can quickly assess and align people-related challenges with broader business goals. The ideal candidate is a builder at heart, skilled at designing and implementing data-driven, scalable HR programs that support culture, performance, and growth.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Evolve Our People Partnering Approach: Rethink and lead how we show up as People Partners. Build strong, practical support for a fast-moving, high-performing workforce.
  2. Use Data to Drive Impact: Turn workforce analytics, AI insights, and key people metrics into action. Help the business make informed decisions, shape smarter strategies, and continuously improve how we work.
  3. Design for What’s Next: Lead organizational design and workforce planning that scales with the business. Focus on efficiency, sustainability, and setting the team up for long-term success.
  4. Be a Trusted Partner to the Business: Build real partnerships with senior leaders, COEs, and cross-functional teams. Bring people strategy to the table early, making it a driver of business success, not an afterthought.
  5. Lead Through Change: Help the business navigate change with clarity and care. Create space for adaptability and support people through transitions, always with an eye on resilience.
  6. Handle Employee Relations with Integrity: Navigate complex ER issues with empathy and fairness. Ensure compliance while reinforcing a transparent, values-driven culture.
  7. Invest in Talent: Grow future leaders through thoughtful succession planning, mentorship, and high-potential programs that build strength from within.
