Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, operations, organizational leadership, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience including operations, finance, or related admin functions.
• Experience leading multiple functional areas and managing leaders.
• Strong financial budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience driving organizational initiatives and process improvements.
• Ability to assess investments, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of Finance, IT, and Facilities.
• Lead operational and financial infrastructure to support mission and growth.
• Collaborate with CEO, CFO, and other leaders on growth initiatives.
• Develop feasibility analyses and translate opportunities into action plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
