Job summary

Andros Innovations Incorporated is seeking a VP of Operations in the United States (Boston area) to lead the integration of supply chain, facilities, and organizational growth for a deep tech chemical manufacturing venture. You will own the hardware procurement, lab and pilot facility management, regulatory compliance, and logistics to deliver a scalable ammonia synthesis platform.

The role requires driving operational discipline, negotiating with vendors, and building the team and HR processes

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations experience in Deep Tech, Hardware, Energy, or Manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Supply Chain, Facilities & Safety; ensure long-lead items are ordered on time.
• Lead regulatory permitting and safety standards (OSHA, PSM).
• Build the logistics network for inbound parts and outbound ammonia.
• Scale headcount and HR systems to support rapid growth.
• Manage burn, CapEx vs OpEx, and grant support for non-dilutive funding.
