Job summary

Aplin is seeking an experienced VP of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization. You will oversee manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, safety, continuous improvement, and OT, translating business objectives into actionable priorities and building systems to support ongoing growth.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience.
Experience leading multi-site manufacturing operations.
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality systems, supply chain, and operational performance management.
Experience leading Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategy aligned with growth, profitability, and long-term business objectives.
Lead manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, safety, and continuous improvement functions.
Establish KPIs and operating rhythms across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and profitability.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Provide leadership to engineering and technical teams across product development and manufacturing readiness.
Lead the adoption and optimization of ERP, automation, AI, reporting, and workflows.
