Job summary

Leap Brands is seeking a visionary VP of Operations to shape the operational P&L and execution strategy for a rapidly expanding QSR portfolio. The role focuses on driving AUV and EBITDA growth while integrating acquisitions and launching new restaurants.

You will bridge corporate strategy and frontline execution, leading scalable playbooks, standardization, and tech-enabled, high-performance operations across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership, with at least 5 years at the Director or VP level.
• Proven track record of integrating M&A targets.
• Expert-level understanding of 2026 QSR tech (AI-driven drive-thrus, automated labor scheduling, unified POS).
• High-accountability, aggressive, decisive leadership style.

Responsibilities

• IntegrationLead: execute the First90Days playbook for acquired units.
• NewDevelopmentOversight: ensure NSOs staffed, trained, revenue-ready on Day1.
• UnitEconomicsOptimization: audit portfolio, implement turnaround/Right-Sizing initiatives.
• UnifiedCommerceExecution: rollout of unified platforms across kiosks, app, drive-thru.
• Automation & Throughput: implement BOH automation & forecasting AI.
• StandardsEnforcement: conduct high-frequency Operational Audits for consistency across regions.
