Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight across the company including budgeting and resource management.
• Lead the development and execution of operations and customer support strategy.
• Mentor senior management and implement best practices from operations and sales perspectives.
• Review SOPs, identify improvements, and address strategic and operational issues with leadership.
• Manage and report on key processes, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Collaborate on annual business planning and long-term growth forecasting.
• Partner with Sales to grow top-line revenue and customer relationships.
