You will oversee growth strategies, program development, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance while mentoring directors and strengthening payer relations to achieve performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, psychology, social work, nursing, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of management experience in substance use or mental health services.
• Expertise in clinical program development, supervision, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with goals.
• Operational Oversight: Manage marketing, staffing, and support services with fiscal discipline.
• Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor program directors and staff.
• Quality Assurance: Review protocols and drive continuous improvements to meet standards.
