Job summary

Tektonux is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead the scale of our operational engine. This executive will translate strategy into disciplined execution across people, processes, systems, and performance, building scalable models and ensuring customer and employee excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or related function.
• 5+ years leading senior managers or directors in high-growth tech environments.
• Demonstrated success scaling operations during rapid growth.
• Experience with KPIs, analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
• Ability to design scalable processes and operating models.
• Strong executive communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven cross-functional influencing across boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategy with the Division President.
• Translate objectives into measurable plans, KPIs, and priorities.
• Build infrastructure to support rapid, sustainable growth.
• Lead standardized rhythms, dashboards, and accountability.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, quality, CX, and speed.
• Lead automation and transformation initiatives across the org.
• Partner with IT and leaders to ensure tech supports ops goals.
• Oversee budgets, KPIs, and financial performance.
• Provide regular forecasts and strategic investment input.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Finance, Product, Eng, HR, and Tech.
• Recruit, coach, and develop ops leadership; succession planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and results.
