Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or technology operations.
• 5+ years leading senior managers or directors in a high-growth tech environment.
• Proven ability to design scalable processes and operating models.
• Strong executive communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the operational strategy in partnership with senior leadership; translate objectives into measurable plans and KPIs; build scalable infrastructure for growth.
• Operational Excellence: Own core processes, establish dashboards, KPIs, and accountability; lead automation and transformation initiatives.
• Financial & Business Management: Develop and manage budgets, monitor performance, identify cost-reduction opportunities, provide executive reporting.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Engineering, HR, and Technology; remove barriers and drive collaboration.
• People & Organizational Leadership: Build and develop high-performing operations teams; define roles and succession planning; foster a customer-focused culture.
