Job summary

Mariforce Crewing seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the Sterling, VA manufacturing facility, driving production excellence, quality, distribution, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee safety, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration across plant operations.

The role requires a strategic operator with a track record in food manufacturing, GMP compliance, and strong communication. Master’s degree is preferred; bilingual abilities are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing/plant operations, with sous vide production focus.
• Minimum 5 years of production management experience.
• Experience managing food production audits, GMPs and safety standards.
• Proven ability to drive production performance and lead teams.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure operational controls, procedures, reporting, and workforce management.
• Lead manufacturing operations to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
• Collaborate with the COO to develop and implement strategies supporting growth.
• Develop and enforce policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify and implement solutions to manufacturing challenges.
