Accion Opportunity Fund (AOF) seeks a Vice President of Operations and Execution to translate priorities into disciplined execution across operations and customer-facing functions. This hands-on leadership role requires moving between people leadership, data, and cross-functional implementation to drive critical initiatives to completion.

You will lead managers, manage budgets and vendors, and partner with Product, Technology, and Risk to deliver operational outcomes in a mission-driven fintech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years in operations, servicing, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or credit unions.
• Proven ability to lead complex implementations and drive execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily performance of assigned operations and service-delivery functions, establishing ownership, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Maintain visibility into volume, capacity, backlog, cycle time, quality, customer outcomes, cost, and risk; drive corrective action.
• Resolve bottlenecks by working with managers, frontline teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Translate priorities into practical workplans with owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Ensure commitments are completed on time with clear facts and options.
